Our sorters detect and eject all types of foreign material, as well as loose pits and pit fragments. TOMRA's sorters can even see unwanted pits when they are a couple of millimeters below the fruit's flesh. The sorters can also see and remove prunes with cracks, scabs, scars, stains, mold, brown rot, and insect damage.
